Miriam Dillon is a Broker Associate with Rosemary Beach Realty. As a former attorney, Miriam's attention to detail is excellent. She strives to ensure that her customers' experiences throughout the real estate transaction process is smooth & efficient. Miriam loves to help people find their perfect home, whether primary, secondary or investment. Her enthusiasm for the area is contagious and she welcomes the opportunity to turn her customers' into raving fans. As a long time resident of South Walton, Miriam is passionate about the community. She is a past Chairman of the Seaside Neighborhood School Board of Directors, former chair of the SWCC Education Committee and former chair of the Board of Trustees of the South Walton Montessori Academy, the area's first private school. Since 1999, Miriam and her husband, James, and their 3 children have owned the Summer Kitchen Cafe in Rosemary Beach where James is the Chef and manager. In 2015, they opened the Rosemary Beach Inn, an 11 room boutique Inn in the heart of Rosemary Beach. While Miriam loves the Inn and enjoys conversing with Inn guests, she is especially thankful for her property manager who takes care of the day to day operations allowing her to focus on her passion - real estate. As a real estate investor in the area herself, Miriam believes strongly in the market. She is personally familiar with the nuances of investing in the real estate market and enjoys sharing that information with her customers. Miriam works primarily in Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Watersound, Seagrove Beach, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Point Washington, Santa Rosa Beach, the west end of Panama City Beach and Miramar Beach.
